yay this is my first tattoo EVER!!!

I got this on Friday, March 21 ....my birthday....(which sucked but more on that in my next journal) anywho Eliade took me and I was SOOOOOOOOOO scared....but i didn't want to show it....but i was. I got this tattoo not only cuz it was eli's birthday present to me but becasue it was on good friday...the day Jesus shed his blood for us all...and I wanted to shed blood in his sake.

So I'm sitting there all nervous when they call me in. I sit down and the guy (bobby) started to prep everything and then my tummy went flipsy. I got all nervous. I hear the buzz of the machine and brace myself......for nothing. I looked at him and I said , "That was it?!" he laughed. So I sat there for two hours looking at the wall scroll of jesus and the last supper and talked to him the entire time. It was very spiritual.

Now my Tattoo means "Life Blossoms". I chose this becasue the butterfly and the sakura blossom lives for such a short time, and yet both hold the beauty of life within them. So it means that life is beautiful and is worth holding onto, cherish it. Butterflies transform and sakuras blossom....and that is what i've done recently. I'm no longer a child, about to leave school and move into my boyfriends place.....its scary but I have to blossom with courage. And thats why I love this tatto so much...because I was courageous throughout it. I didn't back down....I got all shaky cuz my body was using up all its sugars at the very very end of it but that was all.
